Our new Midtown Frame Tree and styles

will be available for purchase next week.  We will include some pictures of the frames at that time.

The tree includes 30 frames and the tree.  There are ten styles of frames with three frames each.  You choose the styles.    The frames hang from ribbons and come in 4x6, 5x5 and 5x7.  they are a great way to show a few frame styles as well as have a beautiful boutique style display in your studio or boutique.  The frames retail for $36-$50 each and are a great way to have items available for immediate purchase in the studio.

There will be special introductory pricing.

2009 Catalog

If you would like a paint swatch catalog, they are available for $250.  These include a handpainted swatch of all of our available stock colors.
The paint swatches are available online for free.

If you would like a printed catalog, they will be printed in March in time for the Sprint Trade Shows.
They will be available for $15 each or free with a $1000 order.

The catalog will also be available for download in pdf format.

If you would like a copy of our famous Wall Space Layout book, they are available for $75 and come with a CD.

About our Frames

All of our frames are handmade.  They are made of varying types of wood depending on style.
Every frame we make is custom and handmade to order.  Because our clients design every frame, we do not allow returns for any reason.  If there is shipping damage, we will need a digital picture emailed to us within 24 hours of delivery so that we can make a shipping claim.  You will be sent a replacement.
Other important things to note:
~Since every frame is handmade, it will never be perfect.  This is why the frames look impressive in person and not like they were made by a machine.  We do our very best to make sure that the frames look great when they ship and have very few problems with product defect.
~Since every stain and many colors are hand mixed weekly, you must order a whole wall grouping at the same time.  Orders received separately will not look exactly the same and may not look good hanging together.
~If your client changes their mind, you cannot return the frame.  You should have your clients sign a release stating that they understand that the items are custom designed for them.
~ Most of our frames do not include glass, backing or pins.  They must be ordered as an addition.
An exception to this rule is small frames ordered for our Midtown Collection Frame Tree.
~We are available for customer service only by email at this time.  If you need to talk to us, email us and we will call you back.
~ All orders must be made online.  We prefer that you make them on the website because you will receive your order faster.  IF you email your order to us, we will make you an invoice.  Your order will not be entered into the system until after you pay for it.  It is not considered an order until after it is paid for and will not enter production.  In general, it takes an extra 3-5 business days if your order is emailed.

If you are a current wholesale client and want to add your zip code to this list but you did not make the minimum order amount for 2008, they are available for purchase for $500 per year.

If you are a new wholesaler and would like to purchase a sales territory:

~You are required to make $8000 per year in purchases in your area to retain your sales territory without  additional payment.

~ A sales territory is one zip code or one city if the city has less than 70,000 population.

About the Wholesale Program

Paige Pea wholesales to boutiques, web boutiques,  designers and photographers.

Wholesale Prices:
You are considered a wholesale client or stocking dealer if your initial order is $1500 or more.
Until February 14th, you will be considered a wholesale client if your initial order is over $500 .
Wholesale clients receive 50% off of our retail prices.  There is no minimum reorder amount.

Designer/ Photographer Prices:
If you are a designer or photographer with a minimum initial order of $250, you will receive %25 off of our retail prices.  There is no minimum reorder amount.
You will be automatically changed to  wholesale percentage if you make $5000 in purchases in a six month time period.

How to make your initial order:
You can make your new order on the retail website and enter the coupon code: newclient50 at checkout.  You will receive a 50% discount on your initial purchase.  After you make your initial order you will be sent your new wholesale login with your correct discount percentage for all of your future purchases.
