All of our frames are handmade. They are made of varying types of wood depending on style.
Every frame we make is custom and handmade to order. Because our clients design every frame, we do not allow returns for any reason. If there is shipping damage, we will need a digital picture emailed to us within 24 hours of delivery so that we can make a shipping claim. You will be sent a replacement.
Other important things to note:
~Since every frame is handmade, it will never be perfect. This is why the frames look impressive in person and not like they were made by a machine. We do our very best to make sure that the frames look great when they ship and have very few problems with product defect.
~Since every stain and many colors are hand mixed weekly, you must order a whole wall grouping at the same time. Orders received separately will not look exactly the same and may not look good hanging together.
~If your client changes their mind, you cannot return the frame. You should have your clients sign a release stating that they understand that the items are custom designed for them.
~ Most of our frames do not include glass, backing or pins. They must be ordered as an addition.
An exception to this rule is small frames ordered for our Midtown Collection Frame Tree.
~We are available for customer service only by email at this time. If you need to talk to us, email us and we will call you back.
~ All orders must be made online. We prefer that you make them on the website because you will receive your order faster. IF you email your order to us, we will make you an invoice. Your order will not be entered into the system until after you pay for it. It is not considered an order until after it is paid for and will not enter production. In general, it takes an extra 3-5 business days if your order is emailed.
